Terms of Service

Last updated: August 17, 2026. These terms govern your use of Tutti. By creating an account or using Tutti, you agree to them.

Who these terms are with

Tutti is operated by Profox Pty Ltd (trading as Tutti), 1/22 Westpool Drive, Hallam, VIC 3803, Australia ("Tutti," "we," "us"). "You" means the individual or business creating a Tutti account and using the service.

What Tutti is

Tutti is a dashboard for Shopify store owners that connects your store and ad platforms (Shopify, Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4), reconciles their disagreeing traffic reports into a single attribution answer with a visible confidence score, runs background health checks, and offers an AI chat assistant ("Ask Tutti") over your own connected data.

Tutti is read-only against every third-party platform it connects to, with one explicit exception: if you opt in, Tutti automatically reports hashed purchase data back to Meta's Conversions API to improve your ad platform's own optimization. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what that involves.

Accounts and eligibility

  • You must sign in with a real Google account — Tutti doesn't support separate password-based accounts.
  • You must be legally able to enter into these terms and to grant Tutti access to any business account (Shopify, Meta, Google) you connect.
  • You're responsible for what happens under your account, including actions taken by anyone you invite as a team member.
  • If you invite team members to your workspace, they can see the same connected data, dashboards, Tasks, and Ask Tutti conversation you can — only the account that originally connected everything can add or remove integrations or team members.

Connecting third-party accounts

When you connect Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or GA4, you represent that you have the right to grant Tutti access to that account (e.g. you own the store, or you're authorized to connect it on your employer's or client's behalf). If your Shopify store has its own end customers, you remain responsible for your own privacy notice to them — Tutti processes that data as your processor, on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Tutti for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates a connected platform's own terms of service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Tutti's systems, other customers' workspaces, or any connected account you don't have the right to access.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract Tutti's underlying attribution logic, source code, or non-public data through automated means.
  • Interfere with or disrupt Tutti's infrastructure or attempt to bypass any rate limit, security control, or access restriction.

We can suspend or terminate access for a violation of this section, or for any use that puts Tutti, other customers, or a connected platform's access at risk.

Subscription and billing

As of this writing, Tutti does not yet process live paid billing — new workspaces get a 14-day trial and no payment is currently collected. This section describes how billing is intended to work once it goes live; we'll update this page and notify existing customers before any actual charge is introduced.

Tutti is intended to be offered as a flat monthly subscription (currently scoped at $50/month for the standard plan), rather than pricing that scales with your store's revenue or ad spend. Once paid billing is live, fees will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, and continuing to use Tutti after a plan change takes effect means you accept the new terms. Cancelling stops future billing but doesn't retroactively refund the current period unless we say otherwise.

No guarantee on attribution accuracy

Tutti's attribution engine is built to be honest about uncertainty rather than to always show a clean, confident number — see Why It's Different. That honesty cuts both ways: Tutti's matches, confidence scores, and health-check findings are best-effort estimates based on the evidence available, not a guarantee of ground truth. You're responsible for your own business and budget decisions; Tutti is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for your own judgment.

Intellectual property

Tutti, its software, design, and branding belong to us. You keep ownership of your own business data — your Shopify orders, ad account data, and anything you create in Tutti (custom metrics, saved dashboard views, etc.) remains yours. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Tutti is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every connected platform's data will always sync perfectly — third-party APIs (Shopify, Meta, Google) can and do change or have outages outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tutti and its operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Tutti is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or, while no paid billing exists, to a nominal amount).

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings — this permanently and immediately removes your workspace data, as described in our Privacy Policy. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — e.g. Victoria, Australia], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Tutti's product changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you directly. Continuing to use Tutti after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
