Your Data
Delete your account
How to permanently delete your Tutti account and every piece of data connected to it — real, immediate, and irreversible.
How to delete your account
If you're a workspace owner, go to Settings, scroll to the danger zone at the bottom, and choose Delete account. You'll be asked to type your account email exactly to confirm — this is checked against your real session server-side, not just a checkbox, since this action can't be undone.
What actually gets deleted
As a workspace owner, deleting your account permanently removes:
- Every connected platform account (Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4) and its stored access tokens.
- Every order, campaign, and session record Tutti has ingested for your store.
- Every attribution match, insight, and health-check finding Tutti has ever computed.
- Every Task, Activity Log entry, and Ask Tutti conversation.
- Every dashboard layout, saved view, and custom metric you've built.
- Your subscription/billing record, if one exists.
- Your own login itself — you'll be signed out immediately as part of the same operation.
This is a genuine cascade at the database level, not a soft "hide the account" flag — once it runs, there's nothing left for us to restore even if asked.
If you've invited team members
Deleting your account as the owner also removes every team member you've invited from your workspace — but it does not delete their own Google login. They keep their account; they just lose access to your workspace, the same as if you'd removed them individually. See Team Members for the full model.
Leaving a workspace instead of deleting your own account
If you were invited into someone else's workspace and want out, that's a different, smaller action — Leave workspace, also in Settings. It removes only your own membership and login. The workspace owner's data, and everything else in their workspace, is completely untouched.
Requesting deletion if you can't sign in
If you're unable to sign in to use the in-app deletion flow above, you can request deletion directly by contacting us — see the contact details in our Privacy Policy. Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify the request before acting on it.
