Team Members

Invite people to your workspace by email. They sign in with their own Google account and see exactly what you see — same dashboards, same connected accounts, same Tasks, same attribution data, same Ask Tutti conversation.

Inviting someone

From the Team Members page, enter an email address to invite. They'll log in with their own Google account — once they do, they land straight in your shared workspace, not a separate one of their own.

What a team member can see and do

A team member sees the same real data you do — every connected account, every dashboard, every Task, every attribution result, and the same shared Ask Tutti conversation you've been having. Nothing is duplicated or re-synced separately per person; it's the same workspace.

One personal exception

The one thing that stays personal per person is how the Summary dashboard is arranged — your tile layout and a team member's can look completely different, since that's a personal preference, not shared data.

What only the workspace owner can do

Connecting or removing an integration, and inviting or removing team members, is limited to the workspace owner — the account that originally connected everything. This isn't just a UI restriction: a team member connecting their own integration would create a separate, invisible connection under their own login instead of joining the shared workspace, so it's blocked outright rather than left as a confusing dead end.

  • A team member needs to already have (or create) a Google account to sign in — Tutti's login is Google-only.
  • Removing a team member removes their access to the shared workspace; it doesn't affect any of the real underlying data.
