Nobody at Tutti can open your account without asking you first
If someone here needs to look at your account — you've asked for help, or we're chasing a bug in it — they now have to file a request with their name and a written reason. It shows up in Tutti, only the workspace owner can approve it, and approving opens a read-only window of 15, 30 or 45 minutes that you can end early. No changes, no exports and no Ask Tutti while it's open. The request, your decision, and when the viewing started and stopped all land on your Activity page. The rest of the time our internal tools show connection and sync diagnostics only — never your sales, spend, campaigns, products or customers. Full details in Who Can See Your Data.

Tutti now plans your day
Ask "what should I work on today?" and Tutti answers with a real, prioritized plan built from your live numbers. The Today page leads with that plan, followed by the opportunities Tutti has spotted, the actions currently in flight, and what it's learned from past ones. If you enter your product costs in Settings, recommendations respect your real margins — not just ROAS.

Tasks grew into Actions
Suggestions now live on an Actions board: accept one, decline it with a reason, or mark it done — and once it's done, Tutti measures what actually happened over the following days and records whether it worked, so the next suggestion is smarter. Every suggestion carries an evidence panel showing exactly why Tutti raised it.

Tutti remembers your business
Tutti now keeps a memory of the facts you tell it and the lessons it learns — "we don't discount," "that audience never converts" — and checks them before suggesting anything. You can see, add to, and remove everything it remembers from a new Memory panel in Settings. It also knows which page you're looking at when you ask a question, so "why is this number down?" just works.

Conversations you can come back to
Every conversation with Tutti is now a thread with its own automatic title. A history panel shows recent conversations grouped by day — resume, rename, or archive any of them. Suggested actions link back to the conversation that produced them, and every action card offers a way to ask Tutti about it in a fresh thread.

Competitor Ads is taking a short break
The Competitor Ads tab in Creative Engine is temporarily disabled while we rework it. Nothing was lost — anything you saved to your Swipe File is untouched — and the tab will be back.

Expired connections now say so
When a connected platform's authorization expires or gets revoked, Tutti now pauses syncing and clearly marks that connection as needing a reconnect, instead of silently retrying in the background forever. Reconnecting picks everything back up automatically.

Tutti shipped a full redesign — the website, these docs, and the entire app now share one cleaner, calmer visual language, with a full pass over mobile responsiveness and accessibility along the way.
