Integrations
What each connected tool does inside Tutti — in plain terms, not the login mechanics. Connect from the Integrations page in your dashboard; only the workspace owner can add or remove one (see Team Members).
Shopify
Your store itself, and the one connection everything else in Tutti is measured against. Shopify gives Tutti your real orders, revenue, and products — the ground truth every attribution match, dashboard number, and health check compares back to. Every other integration adds more evidence about why a sale happened; Shopify is the record that it happened at all.
Facebook Ads (Meta)
Your Meta ad account — spend, campaigns, and Meta's own reported performance, reconciled against what Tutti's attribution engine actually found. Once connected, Meta campaigns show up on the Attribution page, drillable all the way down to individual ads, and Meta's own campaign activity becomes part of the evidence Tutti checks when matching a sale.
Google Ads
The same role as Meta Ads, for your Google Ads account — spend, campaign performance, and campaign-level attribution matching, shown the same way on the Attribution page. If Google Ads isn't connected yet but GA4 is, Tutti can show an estimated Google Ads spend number pulled from GA4's own reporting in the meantime, clearly labeled as an estimate rather than the real thing.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Session and channel data straight from Google Analytics — a second, independent read on where your traffic is coming from, used as corroborating evidence in attribution matching and shown in its own block on the Summary dashboard. It's especially useful for filling in the traffic picture on tools that aren't connected yet, like other ad networks.
Klaviyo
A direct Klaviyo connection — email and SMS campaign and flow performance in its own Summary block — isn't available yet. You don't need one for Klaviyo revenue to be counted, though: orders that arrive from a Klaviyo email or SMS are recognised from the link they came through and shown as Klaviyo's own row on the Attribution page, so that revenue never reads as invisible “Direct” traffic.
When a connection expires
Some platforms' authorizations expire or can be revoked — Meta's, for example, lasts about 60 days. When that happens, Tutti pauses syncing for that connection and clearly marks it as needing a reconnect on the Integrations tab in Settings, instead of silently retrying in the background. Reconnecting takes one click through the same connect flow, and syncing picks back up automatically.
